CrossBridge Throughout the Years
This ministry is modeled after our sister organization, Carolina Cross Connection, which was modeled after the Mountain T.O.P. ministry of Tennessee. A group of former Carolina Cross Connection staffers, realizing the awesome potential of a Carolina Cross Connection-type ministry in eastern North Carolina, decided in October of 2001 to begin such an endeavor. After much prayer and lots of help from Carolina Cross Connection, an experienced leadership team and group dedicated to this program, founded CrossBridge in 2002.
CrossBridge has recently completed another summer of ministry held during June and July 2006 at Kirkwood Mission Center and is already working to offer this mission and outreach opportunity to youth and adults again during the summer of 07.
We are interdenominational in nature, with our Board of Directors comprised from several churches and denominations. Our Statement of Faith can be downloaded by clicking here.
